Baby wearing question

I could look this up, but I'm too lazy! I have a sling, a moby, and a snuggli; when can they face outwards? (Note, I will research this more before attempting, just curious when everyone else switched them?)

I am going to switch once he has better neck control. I'm figuring by the time he's 3 months old. I hate when they fall asleep and their head flops forward. That's the hard part about carriers is that they tend to fall asleep in them.

When they can hold their head up well. I put Will in the Kangaroo carry at about 3 months in our pouch carrier. He would fall asleep there all the time but he would just rest his head on my shoulder.

Head control. If she can hold her head up basically all the time, then she's golden for facing out.
