So my father came to see Matt today. We were driving back to the supermarket to return the figs and Matt was hitting my dad in the head (he does that when he's tired). So I told him to be gentle and he flipped out. So he started hitting himself in the head instead.

My father says to him "oh! Don't hit yourself. You have to hit other people!"

That is pretty funny. Duncan got in a fight with our nanny's daughter. When he tells the story it's hilarious. He says, "Madyson hit me on the head with a block. I tried to stop her so I squished her."
He got so annoyed that he grabbed her arm and squeezed her so hard he broke the skin. Our nanny said both ended up in time out b/c she couldn't quite get to the bottom on the story. At any rate, my MIL's husband told Duncan, "good job" and "you should hit her back if she hits you." Great advice. :rolleyes:

Betty I can see my BIL telling Matt that :lol: While I do want him to defend himself when he gets older I don't want him to be a total beast.
