Wasn't as tragic as I thought it'd be. :hehe:
Now we just need a snuggly little guy in there and we're all set!

Sorry but you have to wait a couple more weeks. I told you in the beginning you were going to have him on my birthday. No worries though, my birthday is September 1st :))
Glad the seat wasn't as difficult to get in as you were expecting!

Have you started a poll on when everyone thinks he'll make his grand appearance?
I'm guessing you'll go early too. First of September sounds right... wait.. wonder when is the next full moon?? I bet you would go then!
Can I have the big water break scenario too? :hehe:

That's usually how a full moon affects women is by their water breaking more so than causing contractions. Now storms, that's a different story.

My water broke and all I can say is I'm glad it wasn't in public
I felt a weird sensation and heard a very loud "Pop"... then a trickle. I was like OMG I effing peed my pants again :hehe:
I went to pee and change my underwear, got back into bed and then just as I sat down GUSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHH. All.over.the.bed OMG So I woke up DH and I was like umm... I think my water broke haha.
I immediately put a pad on because every time I had a contraction (up until that point I had not noticed contractions) I would gush some more. Then came the bloody show and all that fun jazz.
I swear I 100% fully believe my water broke because literally days leading up to when I went into labor I spent every waking moment sitting on the birth ball (or $10 exercise ball I got at walmart...) and I really believe that helped her to get down into a really great position and put some serious pressure on my cervix.
Plus toward the end it was the only thing that didn't hurt. It felt so good sitting on it... I'd rotate my hips and roll them back and forth... seriously best $10 ever!~

BTW- while I know some women love it, once I got into really active labor the birth ball was TORTURE!! It was SO painful. I couldn't handle it... however sitting on the toilet for whatever reason felt wonderful
Oh I have a ball!!!!!!!!!!!!! Looks like I'll be sitting on it :hehe:
