What does a toddler plus a newborn equal?
CHAOS! PURE CHAOS! :hehe:
Just remind me that this craziness will pass and that one day I'll miss these hectic moments.
Connor didn't sleep a solid chunk until 6pm this evening. Aren't newborns supposed to sleep through anything? And he decided that he wouldn't nurse if big brother was in the room making noise. Aiden would make a sound (or high-pitched scream ) and Connor would pull off and scream bloody murder.
I know they both need to get used to their new surroundings, but when I'm dealing with this (alone) I feel like it will never end.
Crap. And I'm only on day one of being completely alone.

I can't guarantee that the chaos will end, 'cause with 2 boys I think it's inevitable, but it does get easier. The newborn fog will lift and you'll be able to focus and somewhat tame the chaos instead of hazily watching it erupt around you. :hehe:
Hang in there! The first few weeks are so frickin' hard but it's only a phase and you will make it through! :support:

Yep! I remember the early insanity! They warned me in the hospital that the first 2 weeks are the worst, but once you get through them, it'll be okay. And they were right! :bighug: I really got into my groove after a few weeks and month after month, it got easier. Now I'm at a point where I feel like two is just as easy as one was, believe it or not! :hehe:

Ditto to Sarah. Well, maybe not JUST as easy, but pretty darn close! It will get better babe. I don't envy you one bit. I was absolutely terrified to be left alone those first few days (weeks really). :hugs:
