Work work work!

Man, we have been working our tushies off today! DH finally finished the half bath downstairs (well I finished the trim and back wall.) I spray painted our ugly gold chandelier that came with the house (long story but the genius who put it up way back when did a half butt job so to put in a new one would mean drilling some awesome holes in the ceiling). It looks a million times better!

As soon as I am done pumping I am going to paint the dining room. I bought Freshaire paint from Home depot. The one that's not stinky and doesn't have the chemicals because the room is so big and I don't want Matt breathing in that stuff. I sure hope it coats well.

OOh, that color looks like it will be a good bold one for a dining room. What color curtains do you have? We need pictures!!

Oh how fun! I love projects like that. It's a ton of work, but when it all turns out it's so much fun!

The color is so pretty! It's like a mustardy dijon (leave it to me to think about food :lol:) I'll get some pics up tomorrow.

I don't have any nice curtains right now. I just have those sheer ones cause the walls were white and we're still renovating. And now I'm wondering if the chandelier we have will look good. I think we need a new one now. My dining room isn't wonderful--I have a table from pier 1, chairs from a flea market and a cabinet from a consignment shop. A mess!:p
