Slightly irritated

So I *thought* that color I painted my dining room was nice. The more I look at it the more it makes me think of a chunk of cheese :blush: It's really really dark yellow on the walls.

I am repainting next weekend! Not sure if I can take looking at that color all week long though.

I hate when that happens! Do you think you could lighten it up with white curtains and lighter accessories??

I did that once. I had a nice cranberry color in my dining room at our old house and wanted the same color in this house. Well, I got the same color but it turned out looking fire engine red in this house. Now my dining room is a really dark purple. We have ALOT of color in our house though :D

CHeese color could be perfect considering it's a place where you eat! :hehe: Maybe you can do like Farah said and lighten it up with accessories.

And no. I don't think there is any way to save the walls. Ugh. I can't even walk into it without being disgusted!!!!

Oh and that freshaire paint is still stinky!

That stinks. I hate it when that happens. I had to paint our office 3 times before I was happy with the color.

That is so annoying and I have had it happen plenty of times. Sometimes there is just no way of telling until you get the color on the walls. At our last house I painted our bathroom four times and still didn't love the color. ;) I want to see a picture of your cheese walls! :p
