Do you want to lose weight? Would you be interested in becoming a MH Hula Girl?? Then help us decide what to do!
Do you think you'd be most motivated to lose weight (and keep on track) if we did which of the following:
Buddy Program/Motivator
A scheduled work out plan
Weekly Check-in
Weekly Challenge
:hula: :hula: :hula: *sigh* if only that'd work to get my abs back!

I up for all of them except the buddy thing. That was difficult in the last weight loss thing I participated in.

I like the weekly check-in. I've tried the buddy system before and it didn't work out very well...
I never tried anything :lol: I usually just cut my calories because I HATE exercising but I can't do that now so I'd like a check-in also.

I'd like the weekly check in too so we have the whole group to kinda be our buddy system/motivator. I am working out right now, but eating healthy is my downfall.

It seems like we definitely could use a check in here! Maybe we can do occasional challenges on top of that?? Carmen, what do you think would be some good ideas for challenges (and everyone else too!)?

I'd say drinking water...some type of activity whether it's walking, dvd, gym, etc.
Maybe a portion size challenge. I know when I measure out my actual serving size of cereal, I'm shocked.
Or a challenge to not get seconds for a week?
Just ideas.
