Anyone sneak foods into their kids foods? Like say, spinach in a beef burger or sweet potato in tomato sauce?

Veggies in tomato sauce. I puree them and mix them in.

We also crush a Flintstone vitamin into her milk in the morning. She won't take it otherwise.

I do. I put all kinds of stuff in her food... spaghetti sauce is my best bet for getting her to eat it and not figure out its in there.

I have the deceptively delicious cook book and have gotten a lot of good ideas from that.

I made Matt (for the past 2 days) some beef mush with (brown rice, carrots, spinach and refried beans) I added wheat germ and ketchup/onion powder and garlic powder.

He actually gobbled it up!
