Chicken nuggets

I think I am going to make chicken nuggets tonight. Do I tenderize the chicken before I bread it?

I usually just open a bag of chicken nuggets, but I feel ambitious today.

I usually chop it in the chopper like chop meat and then add my seasonings :)

Do you oven fry them then?

Yep. You can add some olive oil to the pan and heat it up and then add the nuggets and turn them after a few minutes so they get crispy on both sides :)
