I have been having unexpected TOO DRY skin. My lips are so dry and my face/cheeks are dry as well. It even cause a few pimples on my skin to appear but still havent popped out.
I have read that Vit D deficiency can cause dry skin. I also feeling ALWAYS tired, and with no energy. I dont know why?
Will see if I do this this coming Saturday. :eyeroll:
My skin is dry too but I notice I am washing my hands more frequently and using that antibac pump which is drying them out. Nothing else on me is dry so...
I take a multivitamin called gummy vites. They are like gummy bears because I'm a big baby!

That sounds tempting!! I should try them!
I know that dry skin for me is when I'm not taking in enough water!
