So Jessie's (age 13) spends the summer with her Dad and I get her on Wednesdays and I went to pick her up last night and she told me that her dad sad that she is to old to go to Chuck E Cheese. Now if it was just me and her I would agree BUT we take Paige and Jessie has a blast playing games with her sister so I feel it is ok. I ask her if she wanted to do something else and she told me no that she wanted to go.

Do you think it is Ok for us to go? Or do you think she is too old?

I don't think she is to old at all. I'm 23 and love Chuck E. Cheese! As long as she is still having fun with it then that's all that matters!

I used to play in the McDonalds play area when I was that old (yes I was the annoying teen playing in there!) and I loved it. If she wants to go then I think it's fine. If she says she doesn't want to go then I wouldn't take her :)

I would say, if she has fun go for it. If she doesn't want to go, then do something she enjoys. Oh and :buttkick: her dad for making her feel bad.

I wouldn't feel at all bad about taking Jacob there (he's 14), we both love playing at Chuck E. Cheese! Also, I had my kids' birthday party there a few years ago and there was a girl having her 21st birthday party there at the same time...no joke! :lol:

Yeah, I would leave it up to her! I mean, obviously it would be different if it were just her, but that's part of having younger siblings. (Oh, and I love taking Tyler there, skeeball is fun!)

I agree that I'd leave it up to her and if she thinks it sounds fun, then I'd take her. I LOVED the skeeball, even as an older child.

Oh and I totally remember you from JM now. I have been trying to put it all together. Jessie has really pretty red hair and I remember when Paige was born. I think you need to post some current pictures. My name was "alexa" on there. ;)
