One of Averie's bottom front teeth finally came through the gums today. I can't get it to show in pictures but can feel the tooth. She's been teething for about a month now and I wouldn't be at all surprised if she doesn't get three more teeth very soon. I can see the other bottom front tooth just under the gums and the top front teeth are pretty close too. Another bittersweet milestone.

WOOHOO Averie! I think of it the sooner they get over the pain the better. Has she been cranky at all with it?

Yes, hurry up and get it over with. All of my older kids cut teeth really quickly. Once they had one tooth it seemed they had 4 within a couple weeks. Thankfully she's been pretty happy go lucky. I did buy some orajel last week and we've used it a total of three times. Night time seems to be the worst.

Yeah, nighttime did it to Charlie, too. Although he was typically a bear during teething, but I blame that on he never got less than 4 at once (in fact he got the last 8 (molars and canines) at once!!)

Yay! Glad it's not giving her too much trouble! Ava is working on her canines right now, it seems like she never really got a break from teething...but at least it will all be done soon!:hula:

Yay!!! :hula: Teething just sucks and it seems like they're going through for the first 2 years of their life! Ben didn't cut his first tooth until he was 9 or 10 months old and has been teething constantly ever since. We're almost done though!

Yay Averie! :hula: I swear Lily's been teething- she gums everything and drenches her shirts in drool. Ugh. Tyler was older when he started, but I'm not looking forward to the hard-core teething..

She probably is teething. That's about when Averie started the drooling and chewing and her first tooth came in just a couple days after she turned 5 months. I hope she handles it as well as Averie did.

Don't worry, Suzan. Omar will get teeth when he's ready. Besides, I have heard they have healthier teeth when they cut teeth later.
