Slow cooker chicken recipe?

I've got some chicken that needs to be used up and I was thinking of throwing it in the crock-pot.

Does anybody have any good recipes to share?

Chicken, onion soup mix and french (or russian) dressing. Yummy!

Chicken breasts? I use taco seasoning, jar salsa, can of corn, can of black beans. So yummy with some shredded cheese and sour cream!

Okay, I'll go through my list!

An easy one for chicken tacos we do is just mix a packet of taco seasoning with a jar of salsa and boom, chicken taco meat ready to go.

And you can always throw it in with some cream of mushroom/cream of celery/golden mushroom, etc soup and serve it with some rice.

I just made som BBQ pulled chicken. I added some water and bullion and cooked the chicken until it was tender. Then I added some BBQ Sauce (and some ketchup and honey). Straight BBQ sauce from the bottle always has a weird taste to me so I like adding the ketchup and honey.

It turned out so tender and yummy!
