View Full Version : PP weepies...
Once again I find myself crying over NOTHING. Well, I'm not sad but when I rock Matthew I think about my birth and I think about when he was in my belly and I can't help but cry. I cry because I am so happy and so overwhelmed that he is mine and my body made him. I don't know it's so weird.
Then today I was watching that DVD (chicks and chickens) and she's exercising with the babies and talking about being a mommy and in one part she's actually tearing and I am crying like an idiot--to an EXERCISE DVD LADIES!!!
As I type this I am tearing also! Ugh. When do your hormones FINALLY even out?! (if ever!)

Never. Two years later and I cry watching frickin' commercials...
Kids tug at hormonal strings we never knew we had. :support:

They even out, but if you're like me.....you cry over everything still (even before pregnancy :hehe:).
 It is amazing how much we have done for these little people. I think the hormones really even out around 4 months, but I've read and heard it can take 9+ before you feel truly back to yourself.

I don't remember but I remember crying at commercials too and being mortified that I couldn't get my emotions in check. :hehe:
We can't help it. We're emotional beings.

:bluehug: I am way more emotional now than I used to be. Having a baby just does weird things to you.

I think they get better, but they are always there. They are the Mommy Weepies! :hehe:

I agree. I do finally feel a bit more even-keeled at times, but not always. I still have hyper-anxiety that something bad will happen and I think it had just started fading with Tyler when I got pregnant. There's something about these little ones that just really shakes up the emotions- permanently from what I gather!
I get the anxiety too Ashley! Even though he is in the back of the car I still feel like I left him somewhere and have a mini freak out. Weird.

I also wonder when it will go away.

Oh yeah I still do that. When he gets really quiet in the back seat I look back like OMG did I forget him? :eyeroll:
