Probiotics for thrush

Has anyone ever let their child suck off the probiotics from their finger? I'm a little nervous about this but I guess it's better than him going on diflucan, right? His tongue already looks a lot better.

Everyone suggested it to me for Cash's intestinal issues, but I couldn't find any affordably so I never tried them

Emmelia has taken probiotics daily since she was 2 months old. It has done wonders for her digestion issues and associated fussiness. I mix the powder with a tiny amount of water. Once it dissolves, I put it in a medicine syringe and squirt it into her mouth slowly. We use the one below. It is supposed to be for kids 3 and older but I personally know several moms who use it on younger children/babies.

Yup Isabella has gotten it a few times.

I have a powder too that her pedi sells (http://www.metagenics.com/products/a-z-products-list/Ultra-Flora-Plus). I have the powder for Isabella and the capsules for myself.

Her pedi told me to put a little on my nipples and let her suck it off while nursing, so that's always what I did. I like Natalie's way better though.

He always has his patients take probiotics after a round of antibiotics (she's never been on antibiotics but he's told me that in the past). He had me give it to her when I was having thrush issues.

I take probiotics daily all the time now (especially since I've been craving sugar like a mad whoman this whole pregnancy and sugar breeds yeast like crazy).

Yeah that would work too. I just have the powder for Isabella because her pedi sells it and I did NOT like the taste mixed with water so ended up getting the capsuls for myself.
