Tailgate Party Recipes

DH is having a tailgate party on our deck and about 5 or 6 guys will be here. DH said he would take care of it and when I asked what he would serve he said hamburgers and brats....and probably chips and salsa. I feel like I can't have people over and just let them eat that....so..... I'm going to make Heather's famous artichoke dip and Mexican dip. Anything else?

We make something called firecrackers. And since it sounds like it's all guys that you're hosting this would be great ;)

Green onions, peeled and roots trimmed wrapped in roast beef (the yummy deli kind and not sliced thinly) spread with cream cheese. They are yummy!! Just spread the cream cheese on the roast beef and then roll the onion up inside.

My first thought was the artichoke dip. :hehe: I'd probably do something for dessert too, but since I'm lazy this would mean buying some brownies or cookies from Publix already made. :D You could do a crockpot of cheesy rotel dip with hamburger meat, that's always delish.
