Christmas cookie recipes.

I was asked to make some Christmas cookies for Mackenzie's school next week and I can't seem to come up with anything other than the normal peanut butter/M&M cookie recipe.

Does anybody have any good cookie recipes that don't take too long to cook? I need to make these Tuesday evening for Wednesday.

I have a ginger snap one.
You can make the dough ahead of time and then just bake the night before...
