There are some of us here with older kids, I was wondering if it would be possible to get a sub-forum to the kiddie pool, but for older kids/tweens/teens?

Thanks!

Right now we don't have enough older kids to justify a sub forum all its own. I think using the regular Kiddie Pool would be great because while not everyone has older kids we have about 3 or 4 teachers that have taught and dealt with that age group in a different setting. :)

I understand we don't have a lot of older kids, but I feel kind of awkward talking/asking questions about older kid things in a forums where it's mostly talk about younger kids.

Where should I talk about older stuff things then? Questions as far as menstrual cycles, attitude, boyfriends?

I don't see why not in the kiddie pool? If we don't have older kids we all at least WERE older kids at one time.

After the discussion about facewash in the sex forum, I don't think I'll feel awkward about posting anything on here ever again. :hehe:

I don't know, just the name "kiddie" makes me think of only younger kids.

Never mind then I guess.

It does imply younger kids in my opinion too, but I wouldn't let it stop me from posting about your older kids. They are still your kids and even though I don't have an older kid (yet) I wouldn't mind reading about yours. :) I think is a good heads up for what it will be like dealing with teenagers.

Worst case scenario, if someone doesn't want to read about it, they don't have to click on the link.

I have 4 older kids (10 and over) and I post about them in the kiddie pool...well, when it's not in the sauna :hehe:
