My headaches are always allergy related and don't react well to pain killers but sudafed or clairtin usually knock them out. With the high pollen lately, do you think you may have been reacting to that? Have you ever had seasonal allergies before?

No I've never had allergies before, I guess you can start at any time.
I did have a very dizzy spell last Saturday, my head kept leaning my body to the right, it was weird.

That could be hormonal. When I went off the pill I got hormonal migraines for about 2 years after, where it wasn't so much intense migraine pain as I'd get slightly dizzy and off balance a lot in addition to frequent headaches. My doctors said it was from hormone swings. So if you just had AF it's possible.

I get headaches frequently when I'm not being good about wearing my glasses or need to update my prescription. Have you had your eyes checked recently?

I think if they continue and are not helped by OTC meds then you should see the doctor.
Or if they keep you from being able to lead your normal life.
There are just soooo many things that can cause headaches. Do you have any other symptoms, or notice they come at a certain time of day? Have you kept a food log to see if it could be something you are eating?

My migraines are hormonal and I usually get them during my cycles.
