Hello to all! So im 25 and just recently gotten engaged. My doctor had told me about 3 years ago i cant have children naturally. I have never ever been on birth control. I eventually want to when we get married but should I start seeing a specialist now? And where would i start. Im at mt witts end.
Welcome!
Did he give you a reason as to why you can't have children naturally?

Hi, welcome! I'm also interested in what the reason given was for your infertility?

well he's under the assumption that i do not make eggs. But i get a reagular monthly and have no other problems. Well i did get laproscopy bake in 08' for Endometriosis but since have not any problems with that. My fiance have not "tried" but havedone nothing to prevent for the past 2 years. He has gotten checked and everything came back normal. Im just not sure what to do. I dont want to wait until were married and find out there are years if testing to do that could be done now. Thanks for all the frred back. :D
There's an easy test to find out if you make eggs or not.
Basically, you have to chart your temperatures for a full cycle. Do you have regular cycles or cycles at all - or do you need medication to bring on your period? You should be able to tell (or at least get a good guess) as to whether or not you are ovulating.
It's called basal body temperature charting if you're interested.

it's pretty easy.
temping is so addicting!
I would get the testing done now just so you're ready. Good luck!

Hi, and welcome! :hi: I charted and it was really nice to get a handle on my cycles. I felt so much more in-tune with my body. Plus, as previously mentioned, it was addicting. :hehe:

Definitely chart! It is addicting...:hehe: But also because any Dr. you talk to about it will most likely want you to chart for a few cycles to see what your cycles look like. I am TTC now but I like to keep a chart even when i am not because it lets me see if anything strange seems to be going on.

I don't do temp anymore but I still chart and it is addictive.
