Ingredients
* 4 whole Beef Patties
* 4 whole Hamburger Buns
* 4 slices Swiss Cheese
* 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
* 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
* 1 package(about 6 Oz.) Portobello Mushrooms
* ˝ sticks Butter (I used a lot less butter than this, just enough to saute the mushrooms and garlic, about a TBL spoon or so)
* 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
* Salt And Pepper, to taste
You’ll want to start off by sauteing the mushrooms in the butter, minced garlic, and a bit of salt and pepper. Cover with a lid while they cook.
While those are cooking, place the beef patties on a grill and sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper on top. Five minutes before they are done, place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each burger and toast the hamburger buns. When Swiss cheese is melted, take off the grill.
When the mushrooms are done cooking, sprinkle them with the Parmesan cheese. Mix the parmesan cheese and mushrooms together.
Slide a burger on a bun, top with mushrooms and enjoy!
