Anyone have a tried and true recipe, preferably where the fish isn't fried?

I don't have a recipe, but I would broil the fish and then just follow another basic recipe. We bought some hake fillets at Costco and I broiled them with just a little bit of seasoning (either lemon pepper, garlic & herb, or something like that) and they were delicious!

Not yet, when I do, I'll post it. I used a Rachael Ray recipe a couple of years ago that was really good. I might go back to that one.
