Sassy likes the White Stripes. Especially like when I sing the song In the Cold, Cold Night (not sure if that's the actual title of the song) she also likes Seven Nation Army :hehe: Yeah, she's not your typical 8 year old.

Averie's favorite is Old McDonald and everyone in our house sings it to her when she's fussy (not at the same time).

With Jake for some reason he always liked when I sang Don't Take The Girl by Tim McGraw...LOVE that song!

Ethan always liked the song Beautiful Boy. I don't have the original but on the Miracle CD by Celine Dione she sings that song. I don't know if he remembers it though.

I don't know. Whatever sticks in my head! we used to sing sugar pie honey bunch to Tyler all the time, he loved it. I have run the gamut with Lily trying to get her asleep, so we've done lullabies, country music (she seems to enjoy Taylor Swift & a bit of Shania) to Poison and Aerosmith.. her taste in music is going to be as crazy mamas!!

Matt falls asleep to my Rancid CD in the car. It's pretty funny. Probably cause that is all I listened to while I was pregnant.

At home, for his bedtime we listen to American Lullaby. It's such a great CD that I am also out by the 2nd song :lol:

Every night before bedtime I sing Charlie "Baby Mine" from Dumbo. I sang it my entire pregnancy and labor (Not kidding...during each contraction I'd sing it). He loves it now.

OMGosh, I just have to say how much I love that little story! I used to watch that movie at my grandmother's house all the time and that scene would always make me cry.

Me too! (Well, not at my Grandma's, but the song made me cry). Now that I have Charlie he's such a blessing. That was just the song that got me. Now when I sing "Baby Mine dry your eyes" Charlie says "Eyyyyeee" and touches my eye and his eye. Then when I sing "From your head down to your toes" he says "eh" and touches our head. Although now he's taken a fancy to messing up my hair and then brushing it out of my eyes. :love:
