Fruit Pizza

¾ Cup of Butter
½ Cup of Powder Sugar
1 ½ Cup all purpose Flour

Mix, Bake at 300
20-25 minutes, Cool

10 oz Hershey Vanilla Chips
¼ Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
8 oz of Cream Cheese

Heat Chips and Whipping Cream about 1 ½ minutes till melted and then beat in Cream Cheese with wooden spoon.

Spread on crust then place in refrigerator till cool

Layers fresh fruit toppings of your choice, peaches, strawberries, kiwi, banana, blueberries

Glaze
¼ Cup of sugar
1T Cornstarch
½ Cup of Pineapple Juice
1 T Lemon Juice
Mix and cook on stove, use whisk and cook till clean and a little thick. Brush glaze over fruit topping

This pizza is fantastic. It is addictive and perfect for summer BBQs or picnics.

Definitely, that too. For us it's anniversary fruit pizza. I made it tonight because tomorrow is our anniversary. It's one of James' favorite desserts.

Oooooh girl, you just made my husband's day! That's what he wants for his Father's Day dessert!

Only problem is the vanilla chips. It's hard to find any chips like that out here much less vanilla. Do you think I could subsitute with white chocolate?

Yes, I used white chocolate. :) It is fabulous and the glaze on top, really make it all come together. I don't like organizing my fruit in a design because then you don't get all the different fruits on one pizza. Usually we add blueberries too but I didn't want to spend the money on them because raspberries are better (and they're both kind of pricey right now).
