If you could choose to live in the past or travel to the future, which would you pick?

I'd probably chose my past.. Maybe certain parts. I don't want to know my future!

That is so hard to pick from because Id love to peek at my boys as men.
However, I voted for the past because I would love to go back about 15 yrs and meet my MIL(she passed away 11 yrs ago before I met hubby) and have a chance to sit and chat with her about her life, experiences and about my hubby LOL.

I think the past whether it be my past or the past in general.

If it was my past I'd go back a redo some things that I've done, you know the "if I could go back through high school knowing everything I know now" sort of thing.

If it's the past in general I'd love to go back a few hundred years to live long before the industrial revolution where everyone lived off of what they grew and/or made. I'd like to skip out on the grossness of it all (like the filth of no sewers or clean water) but on the whole I'd prefer that over the future.

The future freaks me out. I'm all about technology but I often wonder where it's going to take us and if it will eventually end up destroying us all. Not much fun...
