A heating pad, tea and motrin.

Those are my staples. My last 2 periods have been really easy and I hope they continue!

I agree with the heating pad and ibuprofen! I also think chocolate helps.

Sometimes I take excedrin. But mostly I just deal with it.

A good cry :hehe: Sometimes that's all that helps! A nice hot bath before the witch shows and a good book- though that's my cure for everything!

A revolver, a bottle of scotch and some good old fashioned narcotics  JUST KIDDING!!

For me it's ibuprofen, lots and lots of water, and a heating pad.

Chocolate and liquor.

;)

Okay, I'm only serious about one of them...

and I prefer vodka.

Kidding!

On a more serious (and possibly nerdy & informative) note, I've heard taking Magnesium once a day can help combat PMS symptoms. I think it takes a month or so to really set in, but people swear by it! I really need to remember to try it because since having Aiden I am a nasty youknowwhat.
