Okay Ladies, We all have little things we do to help us get through being a women. From Make-Up, Hair, Clothes, To PMS....
So Share With Us Your Tips On Surviving The WITCH:witch:
A heating pad, tea and motrin.
Those are my staples. My last 2 periods have been really easy and I hope they continue!

I agree with the heating pad and ibuprofen! I also think chocolate helps.

Sometimes I take excedrin. But mostly I just deal with it.

A good cry :hehe: Sometimes that's all that helps! A nice hot bath before the witch shows and a good book- though that's my cure for everything!

A revolver, a bottle of scotch and some good old fashioned narcotics :lol: JUST KIDDING!!
For me it's ibuprofen, lots and lots of water, and a heating pad.

there really is no cure.... my problem is the migraines and nothing really helps but going to sleep but then when i wake up i am the witch... :hysterical:

Okay, I'm only serious about one of them...
and I prefer vodka.
Kidding!
On a more serious (and possibly nerdy & informative) note, I've heard taking Magnesium once a day can help combat PMS symptoms. I think it takes a month or so to really set in, but people swear by it! I really need to remember to try it because since having Aiden I am a nasty youknowwhat.
