So a little about myself; I am 27 years old and me and my husband have been TTC our first for one year this month.
I have had blood work done to check fertility and an HSG test to check fallopian tube's and so far everything is good. :high5:
So this month I have a doctors appointment with my Gyno (3rd visit) and this time she will be giving me fertility drugs (even tho all is healthy and normal). The reason she will be giving me fertility drugs is because I have an unpredictable autoimmune disease and since I'm feeling healthy and "normal" right now the doctors want me to get pregnant quick before I possibly flare up or get sick.
I'm so happy to find a forum like this to talk to women who are in the same situation as me and share our story's and help eachother out!
Looking forward to meeing all of you!! :hi2:

:hi: Welcome to MH! Good luck! The water here tends to be a little tainted so if you're looking to conceive, this is the place to be! :hehe: :support:

Hey Hope!

Welcome! :hello:I hope you get pregnant quickly and easily! :) What autoimmune disease do you have? There are a few of us that have something going on so we totally understand! What medications do they have you on?

Feel free to jump in on conversations on ANY part of the board. We don't bite and everyone is welcome everywhere! :)

Thanks ladies!
I have lupus and Sjogrens :(
but after talking to my Rheumy and a few other specialists the meds I'm on now would be safe for baby during pregnancy :D

Thanks Patty!! BUT before it's too late and everyone starts calling me hope my name is actually Christie. I picked Hope because I have hope that everything will turn out ok with pregnancy and having lupus. It can be scary for me and I get worried and "hope" that baby and me will be healthy during pregnancy and after.

Sorry I forgot to mention that!! but your right it is a pretty name!!

This seems like such a awesome place I can't wait to get to know all of you :)
