I feel like AF cramps this cycle are kicking my butt. What am I? A teenager?
Advil isn't working. Toradol isn't working (left over from my Csec with Zachariah). I'm super irritable and tired of dealing with them!

Put a heating pad on it! I swear by the Therma-care things, but they're expensive! :support:

Mine got bad right after I had Conner..Now I just bloat up like a dang hot air balloon! Which is actually almost as painful as those dang cramps.
Anyways... I also swear by heating pads or midol. That sucks works so good for me!
I hope the hag lets up soon! :support:
I find that sitting in the shower helps tons with deathly cramps.

 I hate the witch, it sucks! Maybe some aleve or a glass of wine? Either or both of those usually do it for me! :hehe:

My doctor told me to stay away from Alieve for cramps because it can increase bleeding but I have abnormally heavy periods so maybe it would be fine for you. I totally second the heating pad or hot showers. Moist heat works great for me. I even have a clay heating pad that's kinda like the ones Farah mentioned but it is reuseable and has a pouch that I can strap it around me in.
