What kind of juice do your toddlers drink? Do you even give them juice? :hehe: Do you water it down at all?

I'm having a hard time getting Ben to drink anything throughout the day and I'm wondering if it's because he doesn't like the taste of watered down juice anymore. He's had a few sips here and there from my glass of juice so he might like full strength better.

Eli got to be the same he didn't like my watered down juice he would rather just have the water. Probably b/c it was way more water than juice. So I got him some Mott's For Tott's Juice and he LOVES it! You may try that.

Sara is the same way. She mainly ask for water throughout the day and will only ask for juice if she sees it, I tend to try to hide them in the fridge though. :hehe: I give her the Earth's Best organic apple juice, they are about 4 oz. and she guzzles it down.

I've been giving Ben V-Fusion (no added sugar) and he liked it for a while but now he'll have a few sips and take off to play. He used to drink water all the time but, like the juice, he seems too busy to bother with it. He likes orange juice and grape juice but won't touch apple juice at all. I figure juice tastes better than plain old water so it might entice him to drink more but no such luck...

Tyler is 3 1/2 I still cut his juice with water.. He has juice boxes on occasion, but other than that, it's always cut.

Conner has the Motts for Totts juice. He rarely gets it. He got to where that's all he wanted to drink so I cut it out for a while. Even now when he gets it, it's really more water with a tad bit of juice to add flavor. :hehe:

He may just be to busy to drink at the moment. Hopefully it'll pass.

My boys drink apple and orange juices mainly.
I do prune juice too in case they are stopped up but its not used often.
I dont water down, havent since they were like 1 or 1 1/2.

They have a glass like once a day. They also have a glass of milk a day(sometimes twice) and the rest of the time its water.

He has apple juice (100% juice) first thing when he gets up in the morning. I fill his sippy half way up and it is half juice and half water. I didn't start this until a couple months ago. Some days he drinks it up and others he doesn't drink much at all. Maybe you could try a different juice or try a new cup that he really likes or picks out. I also recently found that Talon loves ice in his sippy. His cup is clear so he can see the ice and likes to shake the cup around and the noise it makes. He also ends up drinking a lot more water this way...I guess he thinks it's fun. ;)

Good idea Leah! I never thought of an ice cube. :twothumbs:

We try different juices all the time but he may be getting tired of the one he's had lately so maybe we're due for a change. I usually have orange juice for me and whatever juice for him so I can alternate but I forgot to buy o.j. last week.

I give Ava Juicy Juice. I still water it down quite a bit. She will drink maybe 1 cup a day. Some days she doesn't drink it, so maybe they just get tired of it sometimes.

we used to do a juice mixture. Apple and Cranberry and then add water. Not completely watered down but enough that it doesn't taste like crap. :bluegiggle:

Cohen rarely gets juice, usually only when someone else gives it to him! And when he gets it, he gulps it down like he's dying from thurst. I did buy him some today b/c I felt like maybe I was mean for not ever giving it to him. :p I bought some kind of Gerber stuff that said it was water and juice w/ less sugar or something. hehe:p

Charlie's a water and milk boy. In fact, he almost exclusively drinks milk and only water rarely. Yesterday he drank quite a bit of water because it was at a restaurant in a straw
