Changing the title

For some reason it's not changing though when you open the thread it says 9/9 but in my unread posts it still says 9/21.

Can it be changed to 9/9?:support:

Go in to edit the thread and look for the thread title at the top of the page. That's where it's reading 9/21. I'll leave it until you log in again to see if you can change it and if not I'll change it.

When I'm in advanced mode in the title it says 9/9 but it's still showing 9/21...I don't know where I can edit it :blush:

Double click RIGHT next to the name (not on the name) when you see the title in the Recipe Luau. It should make it so you can write in there and change it.

Hang on and let me grab a screenshot. I'm pretty sure you can do it but I'm not sure and I hate not knowing... :blush: :hehe:

Ok, here's how you can do it. Well, this is how I do it...

Click Edit at the bottom of the first post then Go Advanced. Scroll down the page a little and you should see the Title field just above the text box.

Farah's way sounds a heck of a lot easier though. :hehe:

Farah I tried to double click to change my title on Rebekah's thread earlier and it wouldn't let me?

I had to go edit my post, go advanced and change it there.

Yes. I'm not sure if it's my husbands windows 7. I am on the laptop right now. I tried clicking next to the title and tried it in advanced editing. It does let me edit the title but for some reason it stays the same when the thread is just in the forum as opposed tow hen it's opened and says 9/9.

It doesn't?? Hmmmm, it's supposed to let everyone do that. Let me check . If you click a little bit to the right of it maybe not right next to it, does it work?

I have tried to do that and even though I change it. When you close out and look at the post it has the old title. I try to do it with my belly pics and it never shows...

Yep. Same thing happening to me. I thought there was some way that I have never heard of.
