Mommy Time

What are some things you do for Mommy time? Besides :laundry: :iron: :washer: :dishes: :babywalkboy:

Every evening after Eli goes to bed I take a nice long hot shower or bath.. And I always bring my Ipod with me.

Right after I feed Lily, I love to take a bath and read, preferably with a glass of wine :cheers:

I pick up a good book or plant my butt in front of the computer and surf for a while. I used to cross stitch but I haven't done it since Ben was born. I really should pick up one of my UFO's sometime soon...

You know. I really need to start doing more things for me. I need to start being selfish and telling DH..."Here. Take DS. I'm going off today" I just don't. I want to be with my family. I'm all consumed with them. That can't be healthy :blush:

I really think I need to go on a vacation AWAY from here without them. I think that's the ONLY time I'll actually step away and focus on ME having fun and relaxing. Anyone wanna join me? (I'm totally serious, btw)

My me time is spent either on the computer or just sitting here watching TV. lol I'm a winner :rolleyes:

I go out with my girls once a month and play bunco its not huge but it gives me a couple of hours of me time with my friends. Durring the week I try to get out and have lunch with some of my other friends at least twice a week.
