Dh & I have been really talking alot about #2. We have even talked about not having anymore...
So last night we made a plan February 2010 when Eli is 2 we are throwing the birth control pills out the door and just see what happens for a year and if nothing does then we will start the whole infertility crap again. I soo want to get pg on my own this time. And I really wanted to throw the pills out the door right now, they are making my periods really crazy... But that is our plan thought I would share... Anyone else have one?

That's wonderful Ashley! It's great to have a plan. Ours is up in the air right now and really depends on one or both of us finding different jobs. He's been trying to get this government job that we are still waiting to hear about, and if by some miracle he gets it, that will speed things up quite a bit.
I really would like to try by May or June. I don't want to be having kids past 35, and I'll be 31 in June. I want atleast two more, and possibly three, so that doesn't leave me much time!
Ash, tell me again what you had to do to get pregnant last time. Didn't it end up happening on it's on? I had to take Femara and will gladly do it again if I need to.

I had to take Clomid plus was diagnosed with Endometriosis... And I have a bunch of hormones that are messed. It was by the grace of god I got pregnant with Eli and didn't loose him. I just really want to do it on my own this time. No blood work, No drugs, No procedures. But if I have to then I don't mind. Just would be nice to do it on our own..

Sounds like a good plan Ashley!
My only plan right now is to stay on my BC pills, I'm not sure when I'll be ready to try for another. I get all anxious and freaked out when I think about being pregnant and taking care of Ava...then having 2 little ones. :idontknow:
A big part of it is the whole deployments thing...and having no friends or family here.

With us, Tyler was a little over a year. I knew if we didn't start then, I never would. Once were completely out of baby stage, I wouldn't be able to go back. I'm glad we did- Tyler was conceived while I was on bcp, but Lily took a yer and a half!

I actually think we'll start trying in about a month or two. I want to avoid having a winter baby if at all possible and I don't want there to be too big a gap between Charlie and his sibling. DH actually brought it up to me and I know he's ready, too. So for now the plan is to start trying in May/June and stop in Feb-April and restart in May/June.
Since Charlie was born on Christmas I REALLY don't want him to have to share a December or winter birthday because that'll suck! That and I can't imagine being stuck indoors with a two year old and a newborn for 6 months!

Hey Heather, what's wrong with being pregnant over 35? :hi: :P
I think we're going to start around Ben's 2nd birthday, the end of June. February and March are crazy at work for my DH so we don't want to run the risk of having a baby around that time.

We are done, but honestly, I wish we could have one more down the road.
We conceived Rylee right away, but it took us 3 years to get pregnant with Chandler
