Kids Clothes

What is your favorite brand of kids clothes & why?

Pants are Please Mum or The Children's Place. Shirts are Old Navy or The Children's Place. I like TCP because their sizes are true to Ben's size but where I buy his clothes really depends on who has things on sale.

I'm going to rant for a minute here so just bare with me... :P

The Children's Place is EXPENSIVE here. It's ridiculous. One day I checked their website, saw the prices there and almost fell out of my chair. A turtleneck onesie was $6.99. Here they're $12.99. WTF is up with that??? And to top it off they don't ship to Canada so I have no choice but to buy their clothes at the store. :thumbsdown:

On a good note though, we hit a huge sale a few months ago and for $100 we got a disgusting amount of clothes (6 turtlenecks, 4 sweaters, a lined, heavy sweatshirt, a hoodie, 2 pairs of jeans and more). We bought a bunch of stuff for next winter so we don't have to spend as much come the cold weather.

I have a love affair with Old Navy :love: They have always fit Tyler really well. And Target. And TCP. And... well never mind!!

I really like Carter stuff. It has held up really good. I also buy alot from Old Navy for him.. His jeans I buys Levi's b/c they have the adjustable waist band thing. B/c Eli is really long and skinny so jean hang on him without it.

I have a few things from The Children's Place and that stuff is what fits Shane the best. I also like the carter's outlet and baby gfap outlet too. I love outlet stores!!

Ooh, I also love love Carters outlets. I need to find out where there is one nearby. I forgot about that..lol

I think Carters is good quality for a good price.
I've gotten a few nice things from Old Navy, but I thought the jeans were too stiff.

I'm a sucker for Janie and Jack and Gymboree-- Janie and Jack is where I get almost all of Ainsley's stuff, but... For our new addition (a little boy) I've fallen head over heels for a lot of Gymboree. J&J is pricey, but resells nicely and is GORGEOUS.

I love Carters clothing. I love TCP's jeans for Conner, they are so soft and comfy, but I agree they can be so expensive so I don't shop there often. I love Old Navy also.

Totally digging this one up because I remembered a great brand of clothes this weekend. Joe has great kids clothes and they're fairly cheap (reasonably priced, anyway). I don't think they're available in the US though, only Canada. They're sold at Loblaws and their affiliates.
