So Dh was suppose to go to Auburn for the weekend b/c it's A-day there, and he and SIL's boyfriend and his brother were taking the RV down. The RV is a POS that Dh's grandparents have had for 20 years that they gave to the in-laws. Well first off, they worked on the generator all day yesterday and finally ended up renting one. They finally leave for Auburn at like 7:00pm lastnight (it's a 4 hour drive, probably more like 5 hours in the RV). Well, apparently something caught on fire around Birmingham which is like an hour and a half from here, so they were stuck lastnight on the side of the interstate w/ an RV that wouldn't run (Dh had to use the fire extinguisher). They never did get it started again and had to have the RV towed. Well, the RV park they were getting it towed to wasn't open, so they ended up getting towed to the parking lot of Outback. :lol: That's where they spent the night and are still at right now.
I do feel bad for him. He was so excited to see his team practice, and he ended up only getting like two hours of sleep. They are still in Birmingham trying to get the d@mn RV running. Poor guy! But it's really hard not to laugh.
