Cohen has been in his crib for 45 minutes, and he's still not asleep! He cried for the first 20, but ever since he's just been singing and talking to himself. He's sung the ABC's, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.... :hehe: It's cute, but I really really want him to nap. He did this on Friday except he cried and cried, so I finally just went in and got him and he didn't nap. Then he was extremely over-tired by 3:30 pm, and he cried all afternoon and night and had a crappy night sleep where he woke up a couple of times. Not to mention I really want to put my Christmas decorations up which will be hard to do with a toddler under my legs.

Please kid. Please.

Thanks girl. It's not looking good. It's now been an hour and ten minutes, and he's in there yelling "Hello!"

:hehe: I have to say he's kinda cute. Charlie's been doing that lately, but instead it's "Daddy?? Daddy?? Hello? *sigh* Mom?"

Did he ever go down?

Conner does the same thing at times and it drives me NUTS!

He NEEDS two naps or we have a crappy night. Never fails! Yesterday for example he took one nap and was up so much and screamed and cried after being asleep for an hour, he cried and carried on for an hour. I was ready to lose my freakin' mind. I think I have to move Conner's nap if he only wants to take one nap. One naps fine if he would just be okay at night too.

Count me in.

Matt does this all the time but instead he screams his head off and turns beet red. I feel like when he does a great job we are in for a few nights of hell.

He did end up napping. I went and got him up about 10 minutes after the last time I posted on here, let him play for about 45 minutes, gave him some Ibuprofen, and laid him down about ten til two (which is when he's normally waking up from his nap). He slept about an hour and a half. Now he's been in bed for about 20 minutes playing. He screams bloody murder right when I put him down and says something like, "No Mommy, I don't want to" and it is just about the most pathetic thing I've ever had to hear. UGH. What happened to my kid who's been an angel to put down for so long? I want him back!

:hehe: I just had to laugh about him yelling "hello!"

I hate days like that. They are frustrating. You want to get things done but don't know if you should start since they aren't sleeping.
