How did you meet dh?

Well, coming from a small town I knew my DH long before we started dating. We didn't really hang out but I knew who he was and vice versa.

One night I went to the bar with a male friend of mine. There was a huge group of people there that we (the male friend and I) ran into and hung out with for the night. I ended up leaving with my DH. I didn't find out until much later that the "friend" had looked at us going to the bar together as a date which I, obviously, didn't. :blush: Almost 12 years later we're still together. :twothumbs:

Well, DH I went to school together but never knew each other, How that happen I don't know b/c I live in a really small town. My graduating class only had 86! But he was a senior when I was a freshman. He liked me but never said anything b/c he said I was always around a group of girls! :rolleyes: And I never heard of him!! OOPS..
The next year ...His brother and my brother are the same age and are playing baseball. He comes to one of the games and starts talking to me and I fell hard in love with him! He was my first and only BF! He took me to my proms. I graduated high school, he asked me to marry him. We got married the next spring. 3 years later we had Eli. So for 9years we have been in love!! :love:

Short story??

We met as I was walking to my car in the Las Vegas casino, Bellagio. He was walking to the tram. We kissed on a bet, hung out for 3 hours and just talked and talked and talked....and obviously hit it off. He was/is the man of my dreams and we knew we'd marry each other very soon after we met (he knew right then and there, it took me a week longer to figure it out). Two years later we married at Bellagio. Seven years later here we are still in love...most of the time :lol:

We both had a second job at the officer's club on base. He asked about me shortly after starting work there, found out I was the massage therapist on base and he made an appt. :P
I was in a serious relationship at the time, but he kept bugging me to hang out. I kept telling him I wasn't interested he was too young...blah blah. I really didn't like him in that way for a while. :lol:

We were friends, hung out every once in a while. I had to kick out my roommate and needed a replacement, he asked to move in. I broke up with my boyfriend a couple months later...there was a bunch of drama and then I started sleeping with him. :P I didn't want anything serious, but somehow we ended up together..... :kiss:

Andrea, your story is VERY similar to mine!

We were in college, I had a boyfriend that I'd been dating for 3 years. Dh lived w/ some people I knew in a house that my brother had actually lived in several years earlier. He was always seeing how crappy my loser boyfriend treated me and always trying to get me to break up w/ him. We finally did break up, but I wanting nothing to do w/ guys at that point. Dh would bring me flowers and such. We hooked up after a beachtrip and I told him that I hoped he didn't think that meant we were going to date. :blush: He finally stopped calling me and then I was like, "Hey, that's not cool!" He didn't call to tell me congratulations for graduating from college, so I called him and was all, "You didn't call me" and he was all, "Yeah, so?" Hehe... I guess the reverse psychology worked b/c I was 100% in love about two weeks later.

Dh had never had a serious girlfriend before me, and I remember after we'd been dating a month or two telling some of his friends that we would end up getting married. They laughed at me and told me Trevor would never get married! We were married two years later. :P2

Well I met DH when I was in 5th grade. I was best friends with his Step Sister and I fell inlove with him the moment I saw him. I wrote my name with his last name for years! :lol:

Eric turned 18 and joined the Military and I thought I'd never see him again. He called me from Iceland one time and I about melted right there! lol He came home on leave one Christmas and my friend took me over to see him and the next day I broke up with my boyfriend and have been with Eric since. :kiss:

Dh and I met at a friend's going away party. I almost didn't go, but a bunch of people didn't show up or whatever, so she called me at work upset. So, I ran to the store on a break, bought a new top to wear with my suit pants that would look cute without the jacket, and went. They tried to push his friend on me, but that wasn't happening. Dh & I talked all night and watched Chris Rock on tv, lol. He told me he loved me like 3 weeks later, freaked me out, then we got married a couple of months later. Figures. Now, he we are :)

We went to school together. When I was in 9th grade and he was in 8th grade he kept asking me out. Of course I said NO!! He was way too young and immature for me and besides I couldn't stand him! At a school dance one night he said "I love you, will you go out with me?" Of course I laughed at him! :lol: Somehow I ended up falling in love with him he just dind't give up! We broke up one summer but besides that we have been together ever since! We even went to college together. He proposed to me at the spot we used to hike to in high school and make out and where we had carved our initials kdm + smd. We take the kids there now. I can't imagine my life without him. He is my best friend. :love:
