Help!!!! I keep getting kicked off!

i can't edit my posts i keep getting this message saying i don't have permission i need to sign in? well then i sign back in and 5 minutes later I'm signed out again? Not sure whats going on! ??

and then it logs me out!

I had that problem when logging on from my phone for a while. Clicking "keep me logged in" helped the problem for me. I am sure that's absolutely no help but was worth mentioning. :hehe:

Are you staying logged in on the computer and then trying to login from your phone, or vice versa? That *could* be causing an issue. Make sure you're logged out of both places and try again. Let me know if that helps! :support:

My only suggestion is to do what Sandy mentioned. Click the "Remember me" check box so you stay logged in. I think it's set to log you out after 5 minutes of inactivity (I'm pretty sure that's the default - I'll have to check). I do it automatically every time I log in because I sit inactive for long periods of time (darn toddler! :hehe:).

It's kinda like having a computer problem and as soon as the IT guy comes to your desk and you try to recreate the problem, said problem is gone. I used to take email them screen shots so they'd believe me. :hehe:

I'm glad that worked!! I had the opposite issue with my phone, which is why I suggested logging out of both- once I did that & logged back in it was fine. Gotta love these smartphones :hehe:
