Eli had a Virus.... [Archive] - Mothers' Hideaway

So last thursday evening Eli got sick with a virus threw up all through the night, and had diarrhea all day the next day. Well since Friday he has not had a BM? Nor is he eating much of anything? Now he is drinking and has lots of wet diapers, plus he acts fine? So I don't get it? Is this normal after a virus? It turned out when I called the sitter Friday she said she had no kids that day, they all came down with it thursday night so we weren't the only parents up all night.:eyeroll: All the others kids seem to being eating and having BM just fine? So I am going to call his Pedi at 9am and see what he says.. But I wanted to ask you girls first...

I talked to our pedi and he said it was normal with this virus that is going around

He FINALLY Pooped!! Last night but he cried and struggled the whole time. I felt so sorry and kept rubbing his belly telling him it was okay. So I have been pumping the apple juice to him..
