Mama  It's so funny too, b/c now all he wants to say is Dada. He'll only say Mama when he's crying or whining. We'll say, "Say bye Mama" and he'll go, "Bye Dada". :idontknow:

"Mom!" Yes, it has the emphasis. Now he's trying to talk up the storm, but I understand only a quarter of what he's saying

Not sure if his count as first words :idontknow:

Conner has said Dada for a long time..If I say call Daddy and go "Daddddyyyyy" he yells Dada. So I think he gets it? He looks at Eric and says Dada, but not all the time.

I have also gotten him to say uh oh a few times but now he won't

He only says Mama when he is whining. Go figure!

Conner still does the Mamamama when he is upset and it makes me sad and makes it hard to let him CIO when he does that! (I usually go in there  )
