Is anyone on a diet? Any past diets that worked especially well?

I seriously need to.. I mean, I need to be careful not to overdo it with breastfeeding, but I use that as my excuse to not care  I really should be exercising besides taking walks daily with the kids.. but I have no motivation.

No. If I diet I go overboard and it's not safe. I just try to watch what I eat and act like I'm happy with what I look like. Although, I could tone up, work out, do more :umm:

I usually do the low carb diet when I do diet. I get to and unhealthy point too so I try not to do it unless its has to be done LOL!

I feel like I'm always on a diet. If I had to give it a name, it would be the "20 Year Long Diet". I guess that wouldn't sell, eh?

I'm nursing a 10 week old, cutting out a lot of calories from where I was during pregnancy, but I'm still not losing any weight.

I think for me, it's exercise. If I'm not able to get exercise, no amount of 'diet' is going to work.

And as my 3 and 2 year old aren't willing to either sit in a stroller or walk fast enough....all that is left is aerobics in our family room. And the 10 week old cries when she's not held, and I'm thinking it's not good for her neck to have her in a carrier while I'm jumping up and down. :cheer:

If there was a diet where making excuses helped you lose weight, I'd weigh 110 pounds.

I really don't like the word diet! If I ever say I'm going on one, it doesn't happen. So, I just try to exercise a little bit and that typically works. Now, the problem I've been having since the baby is getting the motivation. I have NONE. :banghead:

What's this word motivation I keep reading about? Oh ya! It's that thing I totally lack... :P

I don't think I've ever actually gone on a diet. Not that I don't need to but I just cut down on the amount of crap that I eat and get off my ass and I'm good to go.

I don't think I need to diet I just need DH to go away for a while... :lol2: He kills me...He always wants pizza or McDonalds or something bad. Once he mentions it it's all over. I really need to exercise. I still can't do much though. I have to have surgery because I didn't heal after the birth of my son in February. I try to walk everyday but that's all I can do right now.
