My goal is to start drinking diet pop instead of regular...and then eventually phase out pop all together. I've done it before so I know I can do it, but it's mainly a matter of remembering to get diet at first.

Anyway, I know it's not much, but it's a start.

It's a good start, the difference in calorie intake between drinking regular and diet is HUGE.

You can do it :hula:. That should cut down your daily calorie intake by a considerable amount, so even if it seems like a small step, it's really a pretty big one.

It IS a big one :hula: Awesome! You'll notice a difference pretty quick. If you did nothing but that for a year, you'd lose about 20 pounds.

Be aware though, it could cause headaches ( I get them from the aspartame) because of the...well, aspartame.
