There were so many positives to Williams appt, but 2 negatives!

He's doing amazingly development wise. She was happy with his walking, his talking, his signing and his general movements and activities. And she didn't want to leave because he was being so good and flirty. :hehe:

Because he still has a bit of a cold and is on antibiotics we have to go back in 2 weeks to get his 15 month immunizations....but that isn't too bad.

What's bad and negative for him was that he only gained 1-2 ozs in 3 months!!!! :( He had gained weight, I know because we have weighed him. But then he had the flu and has been sick/teething on and off for the last while...which has been affecting his eating habits mega!

I'm so sad right now. She wasn't worried because he's still at the top percentile for everything and just seems to be plateauing...but it still stressed me out!

He's 33inches tall, has a head circ. of 49cms and weighs 26lbs 9 oz. SO he's not a small boy and looks very healthy...but I want my baby to keep growing...I don't like that his growth has slowed down.

Here is a pic of my little man...I'll post some more in the photo area so everyone can see his "growth" lol

Oh my gosh how cute is he!

I think he sounds likes he's at a great weight. You also have to remember that being mobile really knocks some weight off too. They all go through not eating well. Heck Conner has been 26 lbs since he was 18 months and is now 21 months. They just thin out and drop some baby weight. :support:

What a cute picture! Don't worry about his weight, seriously. The more active they get, the more their weight slows down. Cash literally gained 1.5 lb in the year between 18 months and 2.5 even though he grew much taller in that same time. Whereas the year before he was gaining constantly!

Okay, he's officially the cutest!! :hula:

I agree with Cindy and Lily. Don't fret about it...or try not to, at least! :support:

OMG he's so cute! It looks like he's such a happy baby!

Try not to worry too much about the growth. Hopefully once the flu is over and the teething done he'll get back in game shape in no time!

auw thanks ladies! I think he's pretty cute to! :D

You made me feel better...It's good knowing it can be normal to sort of level off. He has been walking a ton lately...and that paired with being sick and not having much of an appetite must have done him in! :hehe:

I'll let you know how he is in two weeks!

:ditto:

i will say it's hard not to worry though. I am so petrified of going in for the 1 year now since Matt stop BFing and won't drink milk. :bluehug:
