days until we're outta the Bat Cave!!!!!! I'm so so so freakin' excited. We'll have doors on the bedrooms that actually shut, we'll have air conditioning that works, I'll have a functioning kitchen and CLEAN water. We'll have a table where we can all eat together and I can finally get the girls some sort of normalcy. AAAAAGGGHHH! This is worse than a two week wait wait.

Tuesday (the 19th) I'm flying to ATL to pick out all the colors/granite/tile/carpet/hardwood colors!!!! WOO HOO WOO HOO. I'll definitely take pictures.

We're moving just north of Athens -- about 45 minutes from Atlanta and 4 hours from 'DEGA (which we're planning to attend). It's little neighborhood in the middle of nowhere, no traffic and when it's all built 100 homes. 15 minutes from Athens and 10 minutes to Commerce/the big outlet centers and I 85.

Heather, I can't believe you missed all the hoopla doopla about the house hunt and finally, after nearly three years, finding exactly what we were looking for.

I know, I guess I did miss that! Where the heck was I? I'm so happy for you guys. I grew up about 45 minutes from Dega! Yep, I've been on the track but never to the races. SIL and her boyfriend go every year. Maybe one of these days we'll go w/ them and meet up with you all! Actually one of my best friend's grandparents live so close to the Dega track that you can hear the cars from their house.

Anyway, we also go to ATL from time to time, although it's been a while for that, too. When I lived in Auburn, it was only an hour and 45 minute drive, so we were there ALOT. :hula:
