View Full Version : Weekend Plans?
Anyone have any plans for the weekend?
We aren't doing anything at all. We were planning to finish our bathroom...yes the one we started way before Matthew came into the world  We still have to finish the bottom half of it.
Oh and our porch is blue. Yes blue. Our siding is beige. It's so ugly. I will have to take a pic tomorrow so you can see it.
Anyway I bet everyone is having a better weekend then me!

It's May 2-4 here! http://i120.photobucket.com/albums/o193/Laineys_Pics/flag18.gif
In other words, it's a long weekend. We're heading to my sisters cottage tomorrow and coming back Sunday afternoon. Tomorrow is my DH's birthday so we're having a dual May 2-4/Barry's birthday party BBQ. It's going to be great!

I have too much to do this weekend. I'm semi-annoyed because DH will be gone all next week.
Saturday: Graduation party, then going to DH's friend's house in the suburbs for dinner and evening
Sunday: Bridal Shower, then dinner with DH's friend that is moving to Brazil.

No big plans here. Driving out to get Eric fitted for his tux since he is in a wedding in June. And finishing stuff for Conner's Birthday and getting things together to take to WV. Woo Hoo.

DH works in the morning. If he gets off early enough we are heading out to look at a van to buy. DH backed our second car into a tree a few weeks ago. It is still drivable but the back window is gone and there is a huge dent in the back. I think it would cost more to fix it then to purchase another used vehicle. Then church on Sunday and hopefully a nap in the afternoon.. lol

We're attempting potty training so sticking close to home. I might pack a few boxes and I need to address the birthday invites and figure out what I'm doing for Joe's birthday dinner. Busy, but mostly 'bizzy' stuff.

We're having a yard sale today. Last night I went to my old school's (Christian K-12) annual high school musical. I only went through 7th grade but the choir direction was retiring after 30 years so I got to see a lot of people I went to school with.
After the yard sale, I'm hoping we can find a sitter so that James and I can attend the Junior Miss finals at our high school. We have a couple girls from the youth group participating.
Sunday is church, then small break for lunch and maybe a nap. After that, we have small groups in the evening.

Let's see. I worked til 10:00pm lastnight. Cohen's at my parents' house, so I had wanted to work in my flower bed. But guess what? It's raining again! Yep, rained lastnight, too. So we'll see, hopefully it's just a morning shower b/c I'd really like to get some of that done. I could also clean the house while he's gone some. Trevor has got to get our Maxima running (battery's dead) so that he can take it over to his parents house and trade it for the Lexus (who's battery is also dead lol). The Maxima is not running very well, so we're going to take one of their old cars for when Dh has to pick up DS from daycare. He can't exactly take him in his work truck.
This afternoon we're going over to our friends Hun and Rachel's house to grill out and let Cohen play w/ Salem. Then tomorrow I get to work 12-7. :eyeroll: Fun stuff.
Donna I want to come to Disneyland with you!!
