Do you think it will be just as exciting the 2nd time around being prego as it was the first?
Those who have had 2 or more babies, was it each time?
I was thinking and wondering this today. Will I be as excited as I was with Eli with all the ultra sounds and Dr. appts.? I know this time I won't be as scared of L & D. I was soo scared out of my mind and when it was all said and done with ELi in my arms it wasn't bad at all. People told me alot of scary stories that they shouldn't have...
So tell us your feelings...

It was just as exciting for me. Tavian's pregnancy was my hardest as I was in a lot of pain but my third pregnancy was breeze like the first. I loved all the stages and ultrasounds. I did feel like I was not able to really enjoy it the same way because I was busier but I still felt it was important and special

I think it'll be just as exciting. Also cause each one is different. I don't think it'll be the same only because you've done it for the first time, but I think it'll be just as special.

I think I'll be just as excited. I worry/think about these things, too! I think that once I'm pregnant and once it's real I'll be excited to think about Charlie playing with a sibling.

It will be exciting seeing our first lo playing with their sibling. That part I can't wait for. :hula:

It's definitely just as exciting the second time around, and I think it feels like more of an accomplishment. You are a little more sure of yourself and really appreciate it (especially if you know it's your last!!)

I think it will be a little more exciting because Ben will be experiencing it with us. We can get him all hyped up to be a big brother! :twothumbs:
Maybe I'm the only pessimest, but I think it will be more tiring because I can't just lay on the couch or take a nap when I feel like it since I'll have a toddler to take care of. It will be totally exciting on one hand to watch the baby grow and change, but I think I'll be more impatient and wanting to get it over with since I already know what to expect. I didnt' love being pregnant the first time or feel great, so the unknown is what made it more tolerable and exciting. Who knows though how I'll really feel when the time comes; I can only speculate. ;)

Leah~ I am scared and nervous about not being able to lay down and stuff when I need to with a second pregnancy....dealing with a toddler while pregnant scares the crap out of me. So I am not ready.:hiding:

I promise it's not as bad as you think!! There are some days that seem like they are never going to end, but honestly, I think you're just to busy to obsess over a lot of things you did the first time. Also, sometimes your toddler likes to cuddle up with you while all you want to do is lay down! I am known for horrible pregnancies, and my second was a doozy, but most of the time it helped to keep occupied.
