1. She just fell out of the window, but she's ok. :look: Yes, you read that right. She was leaning on a screen (I thought the window was closed) on our floor to ceiling windows and fell out to the ground about 18 inches down. Not a big fall, she was ok...but I ran out to get her screaming OMG OMG OMG! Henry is home today so he said HOLY SH*T and got her before I did...She is fine. Cried for a minute, and now says, "NO!" to the window. :hehe:

I was so scared. Holy hell. Then I started laughing and crying at the same time. All I saw were her feet and butt go out the window. :faint:

2. I have to wash out my potty mouth. Today in her bath, she couldn't reach her wash cloth and had trouble getting around to get it and out popped, "OH NO! GOD DAY!"

:look:

Oh my mom will love this one. :hehe: :faint:

So...yea. She takes a lickin and keeps on ticken....god day!

Thank goodness she's ok! How scary!

I do know a woman who was watching her grandson who was about 18 months old and he fell out of a 2nd story window. Thankfully he wasn't seriously hurt but WOW, can you imagine??

I would die. If we had these in an upstairs, they'd be gated...thank god she just fell to some leaves.

No wine yet...Not until she gets to bed! She has been staying AWAY from the window though. That's a good thing. We've been telling her for a while. :hehe:

I just watched an episode on The Early Show about this last week and it was showing some of the window "gates" that are available. I am glad we have casement windows but then again, not sure that there's an option with those. With those types of windows our screens are on the inside and there would be nowhere to put a gate/protection up.

Before you had kids, hell, before today; did you ever picture those words coming from your mouth (fingers)?

Yea. Because of my brother :hehe: That kid fell out of a tree and broke both arms. He also fell off the top of our dad's truck when he was 4. Don't ask me how he got up there.

Dylan was a very mild child...very cautious. This one is NOT! :hehe: Keeps me on my toes.

Oh I understand, so far both of my girls are part monkey apparently. Averie's death wish started at about 8 months old when she started cruising and now that she's walking/running it's only getting worse. I feel like I am on suicide watch more than anything else with her sometimes!!!

Yea. Aidan is a dare devil. She does things that Dylan NEVER would have even thought about doing.

Alexis was the same way. She really was scary brave and Averie is shaping up to be the same. This weekend at the water park was a real eye opener about that! How the heck am I going to survive SIX kids?!?! :hehe:

:hugs:

I have cried and then laughed when Matt got hurt. It's an overwhelming feeling. These kids are putting us in an early grave!
