Because I tore so badly at John's birth, I was ordered not use the stairs for a week. So... I've been stuck in our bedroom since last Friday night. It's freaking miserable. Thank good for netflix video streaming.

But tomorrow, my week is up! Next week, the midwife said once a day I can go up and down. At least I can get out of the house finally.

I'm terrified about what my kitchen looks like after all this time...

I'm feeling ok. It's a little better every day. DH is picking up our new tv today, so I think I may venture down tonight! I don't want to be stuck up here with my laptop and a borrowed tv while he watches the nice new one!

You are so good for actually staying up there! :hehe: Although we lived in a one-floor condo after my tear with Aiden, so I didn't have to compromise much.

It's going to be so freeing when you're able to go down! :hula:

I am being watched at all times. :hehe: Seriously. I have not been alone in the house since the birth. Clearly no one trusts me to stay up here without supervision. Oh, and it took like 40 min or something crazy to stitch me up, so I'm a little afraid of something going wrong... I want my who-ha to be totally normal when this is all over!
