My body is really really annoying me lately! I have no idea what is going on. I am STILL bleeding. Yep. Approximately 6 weeks of bleeding/spotting and possibly just 2 where I thought I was in the clear. This sucks!

I called the doctor today because I was starting to worry and the nurse said it's completely normal and can take up to four months for my body to even out. Oh joy.

She then asked if I was pregnant...I said Only if by immaculate conception. I think the last time we had sex was a week before Matthew joined us. Pathetic, huh? And that as long as I don't soak a pad an hour and that if after 4 months I am STILL bleeding ( please God don't make that happen) then to call.

So yeah. Looks like I'll be the Queen Bleeder for now.

WOW I am soo sorry! I hope it stops soon. I felt the same way like I was going to bleed to death. It is make up time for 9months of no bleeding! :support:
I can't believe the nurse asked you if you were pg? UMmm Duh Lady you have been bleeding since he was born!! Gee

That sucks! I'm so sorry you're still bleeding. As for the pathetic no sex thing. DH and I stopped having sex the beginning of November, DS was born December 25, and I don't think we did it until I was SIX MONTHS post partum!!!! So trust me, you don't suck in that area........yet. :hehe:

That sucks, Jo! I hate when the nurses give you that "if you're not soaking a pad an hour" bs. :grrr: I hope it stops soon.

I bled for 6 weeks, too. Sucks, huh? And yeah, no worries about the sex. It doesn't feel very good after birth anyway!

Ditto to Heather, not missing much there!!

Are you on any birth control? Could that be affecting it? I have no idea really, I have been lucky so far with af staying away.

I'm sorry! Bleeding sucks!

And I am with Farah we didn't have sex again until I was past 6 months PP. I hope it stops soon! :support:

I had light bleeding and spotting up until 6 or 7 weeks PP too. ;)

what is up with that?? We did it yesterday and it was worse than when I was a virgin. Holy Crap. Poor DH was so disappointed but I was over it. Isn't that sad? Sleep just means so much more to me these days.

Oh yeah bleeding stopped! AGAIN. Lets see how long it lasts for. If it comes again I am going to call it AF and stop being annoying with it.:p
