Well my best friend was riding with my Parent's to West Virginia to be there with us on Conner's Birthday and she just told us today that she can't go because she needs to work to pay bills. :bluesad: That just really sucks..

Oh and it's like 80* out and I am making chili for dinner. :bluegiggle:

Had to take little bit (Kaiya) to Children's for blood work this morning (just the normal 12 month wellness stuff. Taking my mom to a meeting here in a few minutes.... she still can't find her way around this area after 2 years. Poor Mom..getting old sucks. :p

I had all three kids for four hours on a boulevard while Ford did my car check-up and 50,000 mile fix-it stuff. I guess they figured it would be really easy for me, as the mechanic hit the luncheonette half-way through, and I had to wait for him to relax, have his lunch, and come back to look at one problem for 3 minutes and then tell me it couldn't get fixed today.

I walked the kids to the closest park, met my son's playgroup there, then we hit Trader Joe's to get a gift card, then Rite Aid to buy a birthday gift, then a Do-It Center so the kids could walk in the gardening center. And by walk, I mean walk in all the puddles and then Jackson smash in a puddle getting his hands, face, and body coated in mud.

Then we picked up Wendy's, and back here for a video and naptime. A naptime that no one is really choosing to use, as I hear them all up there playing or crying or whining.

Later we'll work on our Father's Day project (yard work!) and then make dinner.

Hmm.....new?! :idontknow: Swim lessons are almost done! :hula: William gets to go down the water slide tomorrow for the last class.

Day two of my new job, and I have to say that I'm not feeling quite as overwhelmed as I was on Monday. I'm very excited about it. The people are great and seem to really treat their employees right. We're having a company picnic in June at the boss's lakehouse, and then there's a company golf tourney in a week or two that I won't be playing in b/c I don't know how. That sucks b/c I'm super competitive and really wish I knew how to play.

Heather, quick learn, how hard can it be :P I can barely play mini-golf.. I'm glad it was less overwhelming today though, that's good news!

Cindy, I'm sorry you're friend can't make it, that stinks! I'd be bummed too :(

Sam, it sounds like you're busy playing chauffeur!!

Michelle, yay for swimming lessons being almost done! Have fun on the slide :D

Not much new, playgroup for mos of the day tomorrow, weather permitting. They really think it's going to rain now though..

Charlie didn't nap, then when he got tired I had us already ready to go for a walk to the pharmacy and grocery store. So off to the store I went. He slept 50 mins or so in the stroller.

Had the Dr call about my xray and :rolleyes: So annoying.
