So what time does your LO wake up in the morning?

When do they take their nap?

At what time do they go to bed and do they sleep through the night?

I love being able to say this: I have NO CLUE what time Sam wakes up. I go in to his room any time between 8-9, depending on whether it's a week day or weekend, and he's generally playing with his Thomas trains.

He has nap at noon to two.

Until daylight savings time got REEEEEdiculous, he went to be at 8. Now that it's light outside until 9 o'clock, he generally stays up until 8:30-9:00pm. When we get closer to fall (come on, June 22nd!!! (or is it the 23rd?)), I'll move him back to 8 pm.

Clearly, a mother DID NOT come up with the idea for daylight savings time.

Shane wakes up between 6:00 and 7:30.

He takes a nap at 12:00ish (which is working much better than 11:00)

He goes to bed a 6:45 and he does sleep through the night.

around 6 lately and then falls back asleep on the couch watching wubbzy.

When do they take their nap?
whenever she feels like it...if she does. lately at home it's been around 3.

At what time do they go to bed and do they sleep through the night?
i've been trying to get her to bed before 10, but it's usually just before or after 10 and she usually sleeps through the night.

Duncan gets up around 7:30. He still takes a nap most days, though it can be a half hour to two hours and can happen anywhere from 1 to 3:30. This is embarrassing - he doesn't go to bed until 10 or even later. He has always been this way since he was an infant... Man, I wish he would go to bed even a little bit earlier!

Addie used to go to bed around 8 and we somehow got out of a routine. She's a very social kid and I don't think she likes to miss out on anything...even if it's just watching TV in the living room.

Some kids are just night owls. If he gets enough rest, there's no need to be embarrassed.

I feel you on the wishing he would go to bed earlier, though. I've been trying to get Addie back into a routine so I can get her to bed earlier. I miss having some adult time. I pretty much get her to bed, update anaddieaday.com and then head to bed myself.

Belle is usually up by 7 am, sometimes 8...

She only takes naps after really long mornings now. Like if she happens to be out of bed before 6 am, which has only happened twice.

She's usually in bed by 8 pm, sometimes 9 on weekends.

Emily however, is still working out her own schedule... Right now though her basic schedule has her start her day by 6 am, she'll nurse again and be napping by 9 am, nurse again around noon, take a nap by 2 pm, nurse around 5, and be back for a good long nap around 7 or 8. Be up again to nurse by 2 am. And then up again between 4 and 6.

Aiden's schedule is all over the place lately.

Some days (like today ) he wakes up at 5:45, but then there are days he decides to sleep until 7:30. He's probably slept later than 8:00 only twice in his life. :hehe:

When he has a really early morning, nap time is usually around 9:45. The length of the nap is hit or miss...today he slept from 9:30-12:30 and it was WONDERFUL!

He had been taking a second nap from about 3-5, but he's been fighting that one lately. Because of this his bedtime is back to 7PM...not gonna lie, I love when he goes to bed early!

Av and Devinn get up anywhere from 530-630am. Connor is up usually around 7a.

They all go down for nap/quiettime at noon. If they are acting especially tired and grumpy then 1130a.

They go to bed around 830p(occasionally closer to 9p, especially Connor). They all sleep through the night and have since they were younger than 2 mths. On rare occasions one will wake up from a nightmare or cuz they are sick.

He usually get's up around 10 or 10:30

This varies with what is going on that day, if we have class he get's an early nap, if we stay home, he usually goes to sleep about noon to 1 and sleeps till about 4

At what time do they go to bed and do they sleep through the night?
He's crawling in bed at 8 every evening if we're home, sometimes even earlier. He LOVES to sleep, and easily sleeps through the night.

So what time does your LO wake up in the morning? This really varies lately. Usually between 7 and 8am. Sometimes she'll wake at like 5 (ugh) or 6 but if I bring her back to bed with me she'll sleep (albeit restlessly) for an hour or two. But most days if she wakes up real early (before 7) I'll say "Isabella it's still night night" and she'll lay down and settle.

When do they take their nap? Works out that its typically about 4-4.5 hours from whenever she wakes up. So most days she naps right after lunch, around 12/12:30. Most days she naps 2 hours. On a really bad day she'll only nap 1.5 or on a really great day she'll nap 3 :hehe:

At what time do they go to bed and do they sleep through the night? She usually goes to bed between 7 and 8. It really depends on whether she has a 2 or 3 hours nap. Yes she sleeps through the night. On occasion she'll let out a cry to let me know she's lost her munchie so I find it and pop it back in. Or if she just wakes up to whine I'll tell her that it's still night night and to lay back down, which she always does.

One thing I learned from reading the No Cry Sleep Solution was that babies (and toddlers) NEED sleep. And that a lot of our problems were a result of Isabella not getting enough sleep. Poor daytime sleep affects nighttime sleep and so on. So when I realized she wasn't getting enough sleep, we fixed that and she started sleeping through the night, and then as a result her daytime sleeps greatly improved. A toddler her age needs approx 10-12 hours of sleep at night and 1 2-3 hour nap during the day. Once we adjusted accordingly, got her on a good routine during the day and a solid nighttime routine my life improved drastically.

Aidan wakes up between 6:30 and 7:30 when we don't have anywhere to go.

She naps from 1 to 3:30.

She goes to bed at 8:30. She rarely wakes up at night.

She started sleeping from 8 to 6 at about 8 months.

She was a sleeper from birth...every 2 hours, she'd sleep an hour until about a year!

Dylan was the opposite. Not a sleeper...still isn't...although hormones are making her sleep later on the weekends. :hula:

Pretty much same schedule! Except Matt goes to bed around 7ish and then his naps can vary depending on the time he wakes up in the morning.

I start putting DD to bed at 8...It's usually 9, sometimes 10, before she goes to bed and she sleeps until 8am. Sometimes she takes a nap...Usually 1-3 or 2-4 or 4-5 or 3-5...LoL....She gets totally pissed at me if I try to rock her now, so I just don't even try and occasionally she'll just pass out in the chair or in her high chair.

DS goes to bed about 10ish usually. Sometimes earlier and sleeps until 8 as well. He doesn't nap.

Cohen goes to bed at 7:00pm, wakes up at 7:00am, and naps anywhere from 11:30 - 2:00.

Aven goes to bed at 7:00pm, I wake her to eat at 8:30pm before I go to bed, wake her again to eat at 5:00am, then put her back down and she sleeps until I wake her at 7:15 to leave for daycare. She then naps every 1.5 - 2 hours all day.

They both sleep through the night. Cohen started sttn at about 9 weeks old, and Aven started at only 5 or 6 weeks.

Can I just say that I'm dreading the point when Aiden doesn't take a nap? Seriously, when does that start to happen? I'm scared for my sanity. :hehe:

Little man usually wakes up around anywhere from 8-9:30 somedays it's 10 it just depends.

He will lay down for Nap#1 around 10:30-11 and will sleep anywhere from 12:30-1 again it all depends when he wakes up.

He then takes Nap#2 around 2:30-3:30 depending on his schedule that day and wakes up around 4:30-5:30.

He goes down for bed around 8:30-9 but here lately it's been more around 9:30. He has slept through the night since he was 2 weeks old ( i know our next child is going to be a HORRIBLE sleeper b/c of this ) We do have our "off nights" if he is cutting a tooth.

Is it normal for a kid to sleep this much? he sleeps through the night (12 hours at least) and most days will take 2 two hour naps! I even tried to cut back to one nap a day but that didn't work out so well. Don't get me wrong it's nice to have all the free time but some days i feel like he's sleeping his little life away :hehe:

So what time does your LO wake up in the morning?
Week days he's usually up 6am, weekends since we're not up and moving around he's up around 7am.

When do they take their nap?
At daycare his nap is 12:30 to 3. On weekends we try to keep it the same, but it usually ends up being 1-3, unless he's really tired.

At what time do they go to bed and do they sleep through the night?
His bedtime used to be 7pm, then it started getting later and later, now it's 8pm and it takes him around 30 mins to relax and fall asleep. I think we need to bring it back up to 7pm so he can get a better nights sleep. He CAN sleep through the night, but lately with cutting 8 teeth all within a month, his good nights are rare. 90% of the time he'll sleep 8:30 to 4 or 5, then he'll join us in our bed and go right back to sleep. On a better night he'll sleep right to 6 in his crib, on a bad night he's awake every 3 hours (like last night UGH :hehe:)! I'd still call what he's doing sleeping through the night. He sleeps 8-9 hours in his bed then 1-2 in ours. I can deal with that! :) I just can't take the every 3 hours! haha

Elise goes to bed at 8:30, then wakes up at 11 to eat, and again at 2 and 5 a.m. and is up at 7 a.m. for the day. She takes 2-3 nice, long naps during the day in between feedings.

Andrew goes to bed at 10:00 p.m. and sleeps all night (yay!) until 7:00 a.m. He has lately been refusing naps, but if he gets a lot of running in, he will take an afternoon nap from 2 - 4 p.m. I have a feeling he'll be completely done with naps soon.
